United 874K Coalition - Bluegrass and Northern Kentucky
Advocacy day gives coalition members the opportunity to invite legislators to be at the event, visit legislators in their offices, attend legislative committee meetings, and hear from legislators in the Rotunda. Gather in the Rotunda at 1:00 p.m. to hear from policy-makers. Call 502-564-8100 to make an appointment to meet personally with your legislator!

The Kentucky Council on Developmental Disabilities (KCDD) is again making the Consumer Involvement Fund available to reimburse individuals or organizations for travel expenses and to provide an overnight stay for those traveling more than 120 miles to Frankfort. Bluegrass Food Security Summit
Recognizing the importance of access to fresh fruits and vegetables to create good health...we invite your participation and support of the Bluegrass Food Security Summit. We are open to KY Voices serving as panel speakers, resources person and more!

Thursday March 18 6-9pm Recognition Dinner & Town Hall Meeting
Friday March 19 8am-4:30pm Four(4) Food System Workshops

Workshops Tracks:
1)Regional Approach and Food Policy Council,
2)Youth Engagement;
3)School Gardens-" A Garden At Every School in Kentucky";
4)Faith Community and Food

Fees & Registration
The registration fee for the Friday March 19 Workshop is $45. The Thursday March 18 Recognition Dinner fee is $20. $60 if you attend both. But no one will be turned away for lack of funds. There are scholarship opportunities to cover the registration fee. You can apply by completing the registration page and writing in "requesting a scholarship"
